Monthly Retainer with on site Recruitment Process Management
In this model B & V Staffing provides on site management of the recruitment process and provides active searches to help expedite hiring and locate top talent. In our commitment to instituting the latest recruiting processes, we can assist our clients in developing their recruiting strategies and realizing these strategies through implementation.
- This effort can include educating our clients’ own recruiters, HR department personnel, and hiring managers in the techniques necessary for employing the best talents.

Our clients are not billed unless a candidate sourced by B & V Staffing is hired. All searches are completed within the B & V Staffing standard Recruitment Process.
The same Recruitment Process as the Contingency search is used however you can achieve additional savings over our contingency fees as well as increasing your priority level.
When a permanent employee is not desired, B & V Staffing will search out a contract employee with the appropriate skill set. B & V Staffing will payroll the contract employee and keep them on site until the completion of the assignment or until the contract employee is offered full time employment with the Client.
