Monthly Retainer with on site Recruitment Process Management: This is our most cost effective and efficient pricing model. In this model B & V Staffing provides on site management of the recruitment process (which includes consulting on current recruitment process) and provides active searches where necessary. In this model the client pays a monthly retainer and minimal fee ( 10%) on each hire made. Pricing is dependent of volume and time spent on site. All candidates hired in this model carry a replacement guarantee.

Contingency:

Our standard fee arrangements carry a replacement guarantee and range from 20%–30% depending on the difficulty and volume of searches. At B & V Staffing, we are quality and cost conscientious and always offer the best volume pricing based on your total staffing requirements without sacrificing quality.

Retainer:

Our fixed fee arrangements carry a replacement guarantee, and are calculated on the difficulty of the search and the estimated time required. Again, we always offer you the best volume pricing based on your total staffing requirements, without sacrificing quality. You can achieve an additional savings over our contingency fees. A retainer typically representing one-third of the total fee is paid to B & V Staffing upon commencement of the search. The retainer portion is deducted from the fee when when the actual hire is made.  With that retainer, your position becomes a top priority for us and will remain a priority until the position is filled.
