Analytics and Data Warehouse Engineer

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and technically excellent full time Analytics and Data Warehouse Engineer to join our Clinical Document Improvement product team. Our new Clinical Document Improvement product is one of first broadly deployed commercial Natural Language Understanding solutions in healthcare and is changing the way doctors and other hospital staff interact with the patient record at over a hundred hospital facilities.

Responsible for translating business requirements to technical requirements
Responsible for data modeling, high performance OLAP data warehouse design, and data transformation
Performing full-lifecycle development and support of our next generation Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence and analytical platform
Involved in construction of various product-level reports, KPI’s, metrics, trending, scorecards, dashboards, drill-down, drill-down etc.
Involved in construction of Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), multiple source-target analysis/mapping, complex transformation, and error/exception handling
Involved in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Data Warehouse and Business intelligence and analytical systems
5+ years as Business Analyst with focus on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
4+ years with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Microsot SQL Server
4+ years in completed development life cycle of Enterprise Data Warehouse design and development
4+ years with logical and physical data models (normalized and dimensional data models)
4+ years with ETL development and troubleshooting Talend or other ETL tools
4+ years with BI development and troubleshooting such as SpagoBI, JasperSoft, Birt, Pentaho, Qlik etc., or other BI tools
4+ years with database design & performance considerations
Experience with Enterprise and Product Level Business Analytical tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Linux / Unix / Windows platforms
SQL development and database administration experience
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues

Experience with Big Data Analytics on Casandra, DataMeer Knime, R, Hadoop, MarkLogic, Cassandra, MongoDB, YARN, MapReduce, Spark, Hive and Pig as well as any other NoSQL databases etc.,
Experience in integrating multiple / heterogeneous Data sources, and Relational and Non-Relational Data Sources.
Worked in product development organizations
Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge in Healthcare industry, HL7 etc.,
